NETICS offers expertise and experience in innovative soil stabilisation. Currently, various stabilisation techniques exist. These range from injecting certain substances to mechanic stabilisation through tamping or compression of soil. Stabilised, compressed soil is already in use for of walls or other building elements, such as Compressed Stabilized Earth Bricks (CSEB) and Rammed Earth Walls. These methods make use of soil which is shaken compressed under high pressure in a container. Additives such as Portland cement can be used to reinforce these bricks or walls.
